Bill Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Provides that, when contained in an employment record of a law enforcement agency, including, but not limited to an application for employment, the name, address, and contact information of a law enforcement officer and his or her immediate family members shall be deemed personal information the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, and that information shall be exempt from disclosure under the Act. Defines "immediate family members", "law enforcement agency", and "law enforcement officer". Effective immediately.
