Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that beginning July 1, 2022 for State Fiscal Year 2023 and for every State fiscal year thereafter, the Medicaid add-on payment for mental health intensive outpatient services - child program provided under the S 9480 code shall increase by $35.58 per service unit, for a total add-on payment of $71.16 per service unit. Effective immediately.
