Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that at any time the State Board of Education moves to remove a nonpublic school's recognition status due to a perceived emergency situation being present at the nonpublic school, the State Board of Education shall file a notice of emergency rulemaking pursuant to the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act to adopt emergency rules that specifically detail the perceived emergency situation and its impact on students and school personnel. Effective immediately.
