Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that, for the Chicago School District only, a Safe Passage route employee must help each pupil walk or otherwise travel through a crosswalk. Provides that the help must not be limited to the employee only observing the pupil walk or travel through the crosswalk. Effective immediately.
