Bill Title: Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act. Deletes language providing that a recipient's records and communications shall be disclosed to the Inspector General of the Department of Human Services within 10 business days of a request by the Inspector General during the course of an assessment authorized by the Abuse of Adults with Disabilities Intervention Act and applicable rule. Corrects an outdated cross-reference to the Department of Human Services Act.
