Bill Title: Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Allows a member who rendered full-time contractual services to an Illinois Veterans Home operated by the Department of Veterans' Affairs to establish service credit for up to 8 years of such services by making specified contributions, plus interest. Requires application no later than July 1, 2010. Effective immediately.
