Bill Title: Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that a settlement agreement in an action for damages for personal injury based on childhood sexual abuse shall not include the following: (1) a confidentiality provision binding on the person abused; or (2) a non-disparagement provision binding on the person abused.
