Bill Title: Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Permits appropriate park district officials to have access to the law enforcement records of a minor arrested or taken into custody before his or her 17th birthday. Provides that inspection and copying shall be limited to law enforcement records transmitted to the appropriate park district official by a local law enforcement agency under a reciprocal reporting system established and maintained between the park district and the local law enforcement agency concerning a minor employed by or seeking employment by the park district who has been arrested for any offense classified as a sex offense under the Sex Offender Registration Act. Effective July 1, 2010.
