Bill Title: Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. In a Section concerning budget information submitted by the Governor, provides that no budget shall be submitted that encompasses less than a full fiscal year. Provides that each appropriations bill constituting the budget of the State of Illinois for the coming fiscal year and each budget implementation bill for the coming fiscal year shall be posted on the Governor's Office of Management and Budget's website not less than 10 business days before the bill is moved to third reading in the second chamber of the General Assembly. Effective immediately.
