1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
5changing Section 15 as follows:
6 (620 ILCS 5/15) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.15)
7 Sec. 15. "Aeronautics instructor" means any individual
8engaged in giving instruction, or offering to give
9instruction, in aeronautics, either in flying or ground
10subjects, or both, for hire or reward, without advertising
11such occupation, without calling his facilities an "air
12school" or anything equivalent thereto, and and without
13employing or using other instructors. It does not include any
14instructor in any public school or university of this State,
15or any institution of higher learning duly accredited and
16approved for carrying on collegiate work, while engaged in his
17duties as such instructor.
