1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Farm Nuisance Suit Act is amended by
5changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (740 ILCS 70/2) (from Ch. 5, par. 1102)
7 Sec. 2. The term "farm" as used in this Act means any
8parcel of land used for the growing and harvesting of crops;
9for the feeding, breeding, keeping, and management of
10livestock; for dairying, horse keeping, or horse boarding or
11for any other agricultural or horticultural use or combination
12thereof.
