Bill Title: Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that not more than 90 days after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the Illinois Commerce Commission shall direct the Office of Retail Market Development to update the consumer education materials for residential consumers and small business consumers. Provides that the Commission may form another working group to prepare and review the consumer education materials prior to their adoption by the Commission.

2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1653, AS AMENDED,
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
41 as follows:
5on page 40, line 22, after "Act.", by inserting "Procurements
6of bundled renewable energy resources shall be limited and only
7used to secure supply from renewable energy assets that
8predominately generate energy during peak periods or can
9deliver energy under standard wholesale contract structures,
10including monthly 5 x 16 peak period block energy, monthly
11off-peak wrap energy, monthly 7 x 24 energy, annual 5 x 16
12energy, annual off-peak wrap energy, annual 7 x 24 energy.".
