Bill Title: Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that a "part day child care facility" means a facility in which individual children are provided care for up to 40 hours per seven day week (rather than in which individual children are provided care, on an intermittent basis, for up to 10 hours per seven day week). Makes conforming changes.
