Bill Title: Meat preparation establishments. Provides that, if certain conditions are met, the state board of animal health (board) must issue a limited permit for the operations of an establishment that is used for slaughtering or preparing meat and that is exempt from antemortem inspection and postmortem inspection requirements. Authorizes the board to enter and inspect such an establishment. Provides that poultry products produced in an establishment operating under a limited permit must be labeled in accordance with rules adopted by the board and may only be distributed directly to a household consumer who: (1) is the last person to purchase the
