Bill Title: Home improvement contracts. Amends the statute concerning home improvement contracts to specify that residential property, for purposes of the statute, includes real property that: (1) will contain one to four units; and (2) is intended to be used as a dwelling of a consumer; after the completion of one or more home improvements.
