Amend KRS 216.712 to prohibit personal service providers from accepting gifts or gratuities of $100 or more if the services are provided in the home of a disabled senior citizen's home; amend KRS 216.714 to establish a fine for the offense; provide a short title of, "The Carl Everett Pendelton, Sr. Adult Protection Act of 2010."
