Summary
Amend KRS 318.134 to clarify that plumbing installation permits and state inspections are not required for the installation of a new water heater or the replacement of a water heater by a homeowner for residential purposes; amend KRS 318.200 to exempt from the term "purchasers" a homeowner purchasing a water heater for installations in his or her personal residence.
