Summary
Create a new section in KRS Chapter 141 to create a nonrefundable tax credit for taxpayers who sell or lease solar photovoltaic system to be installed in public buildings in the Commonwealth; amend KRS 141.0205 to establish the order in which the credit may be taken; EFFECTIVE for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2010.
