Amend KRS 337.010 to provide that neither a franchisee nor an employee of a franchisee shall be deemed to be an employee of the franchisor for purposes of KRS Chapter 337; amend KRS 338.021 to provide that neither a franchisee nor an employee of a franchisee shall be deemed to be an employee of the franchisor for purposes of KRS Chapter 338; amend KRS 341.070 to provide that neither a franchisee nor an employee of a franchisee shall be deemed to be an employee of the franchisor for purposes of KRS Chapter 341; amend KRS 342.690 to provide that neither a franchisee nor an employee of a franchisee shall be deemed to be an employee of the franchisor for purposes of KRS Chapter 342; amend KRS 344.030 to provide that neither a franchisee nor an employee of a franchisee shall be deemed to be an employee of the franchisor for purposes of KRS Chapter 344; define "franchisee" and "franchisor" for purposes of each of these chapters.
