Direct the Transportation Cabinet to designate the Brigadier General Charles Young Memorial Historical Corridor; direct the Transportation and Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinets to work cooperatively to promote the historical, military, and cultural significance of the corridor, and work with their counterparts in Ohio to promote the corridor as a regional attraction.
