Summary

Requiring the board of directors of a nonprofit health service plan to be composed of at least 11 members and no more than 23 members; requiring the Board to seek to include individuals with a diverse range of experience relevant to the nonprofit health service plan, including experience in data, consumer experience, government programs, population health, geriatrics, diversity, and other areas; and requiring the three consumer members to be either subscribers or certificate holders of a certain health service plan.
