Summary

Altering the required composition of the board of directors of a nonprofit health service plan; requiring the Board to consist of at least 11 and not more than 23 members; requiring that three consumer members be covered by the nonprofit health service plan or its affiliates; requiring the Board to include individuals with diverse and relevant experience, including experience in data, consumer experience, government programs, population health, geriatrics, diversity, equity and inclusion, and human resources; etc.
