Summary

Altering the membership and staffing of the Advisory Stakeholder Group on Autism-Related Needs; requiring the Governor to appoint the State Coordinator for Autism Strategy; and requiring the Governor, in fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter, to include in the annual budget bill an appropriation sufficient to fund the position of State Coordinator and, in fiscal year 2024 and each year thereafter, an appropriation to fund one support staff position for the State Coordinator for Autism Strategy.
