A bill for an act

relating to the Mississippi River Parkway Commission; changing its expiration
date;amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.1419, subdivision 8.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

    Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 161.1419, subdivision 8, is amended to
read:
    Subd. 8. Expiration. The commission expires on June 30, 2012 2016.
