AN ACT

To amend chapter 376, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to health insurance coverage.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 376, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 376.998, to read as follows:

            376.998. Any mandated health insurance coverage shall not include any excepted benefits, as defined in section 376.450. The provisions of this section shall apply to all current and future mandated health insurance coverage provisions unless expressly included in the statutory language.
