An Act To Amend Section 63-3-519, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Any County To Permit The Sheriff And Deputy Sheriffs Of The County To Use Radar Speed Detection Devices On The Roads, Streets And Highways Of The County; To Provide That The Utilization Of Such Devices Shall Be Subject To The Approval Of The Board Of Supervisors Of A County; And For Related Purposes.
