Summary
An Act To Require The Office Of The Governor, To The Extent That Funds Are Available For That Purpose, To Establish A Grant Program To Provide Funds To Offset The Administrative Costs Of Certain Programs That Provide Food To Needy Persons; To Require The Office Of The Governor To Develop Procedures And Application Forms To Be Used In The Administration Of The Grant Program; To Require The Office Of The Governor To Submit An Annual Report To The Legislature Detailing The Use Of Grant Funds; And For Related Purposes.
