Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-7-307, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include Licensed School Nurses Employed In School Districts In The Definition Of The Term "licensed Employee" As That Term Is Used In Provisions Regulating School Districts' Sick, Personal And Professional Leave Policies In Order To Grant Those Nurses The Same Leave Allowance As Allowed Teachers And Other Licensed Employees; And For Related Purposes.
