An Act To Authorize Advanced Practice Registered Nurses And Physician Assistants To Certify The Cause Of Death Of A Person And Sign The Death Certificate Instead Of A Physician If The Nurse Or Physician Assistant Was The Primary Person Who Attended To The Care Of The Decedent Before The Death Of The Decedent; And For Related Purposes.
