Summary

An Act To Authorize Licensed Ambulance Services That Receive Any Public Funding To Pick Up And Transport A Patient At The Patient's Request, Regardless Of Whether The Patient Is Located Outside Of The Territorial Boundaries Of The Ambulance Service; To Provide That The Ambulance Service Shall Be Eligible To Receive Any Third-party Reimbursement That It Would Otherwise Be Eligible To Receive If The Patient Had Been Located Within The Territorial Boundaries Of The Ambulance Service; And For Related Purposes.
