A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to provide the piedmont triad regional water authority with the authority to control fishing in randleman reservoir.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of G.S. 113‑292 or any other provision of law, the Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority may regulate and restrict the size and quantities of fish that may be taken from the waters of Randleman Reservoir.

SECTION 2.  This act applies only to the Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority and its property in Guilford and Randolph Counties.

SECTION 3.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
