STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT adding a member to the therapeutic use of cannabis advisory council.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Therapeutic Use of Cannabis Advisory Council; Member Added. Amend RSA 126-X:9, I by inserting after subparagraph (n) the following new subparagraph:

(o) A member of the New Hampshire Association of Chiefs of Police, appointed by the association.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
