HOUSE BILL 514
AN ACT permitting members of the general court to receive ski passes for Cannon Mountain ski area.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT permitting members of the general court to receive ski passes for Cannon Mountain ski area.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Gift; Exclusion for Members of the General Court; Ski Passes. Amend RSA 15-B:2, V(b)(13) by inserting after subparagraph (14) the following new subparagraph:
(14) The receipt and use by members of the house of representatives and senate of passes for skiing at Cannon Mountain ski area issued by the director of parks and recreation under RSA 218:16.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
