SYNOPSIS

     Supplemental appropriation of $2 million to fund mandatory drug court.

 

CURRENT VERSION OF TEXT

     As reported by the Assembly Appropriations Committee on September 24, 2012, with amendments.

 

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013 and regulating the disbursement thereof," approved ¹[June 30, 2012 (P.L.2012, c.    )] June 29, 2012 (P.L.2012, c.18)¹.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    In addition to the amounts appropriated under ¹[P.L.2012, c.XX] P.L.2012, c.18¹, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the following sum for the purpose specified:
