Summary

Directs the commissioner of health to establish a medicaid reimbursement rate of nine hundred sixty dollars per treatment for outpatient hyperbaric therapy, which rate shall be applied retroactively for all hyperbaric therapy treatment provided since 1996 by hospitals outside of New York city in a county of more than one million three hundred thousand persons as determined by the two thousand decennial federal census.
