Summary

To amend sections 109.91, 307.515, and 2929.18 and to enact sections 109.921, 311.172, and 2950.012 of the Revised Code to add two members to the State Victims Assistance Advisory Council, to require each person who registers as a sex offender or child-victim offender to pay a one-hundred-dollar fee, to authorize an additional fine for the commission of a sexually oriented or child-victim oriented offense, to require the deposit of the fee and additional fine into the Rape Crisis Program Trust Fund administered by the Attorney General, to fund rape crisis centers out of the Fund, and to make an appropriation.
