To amend sections 126.35 and 5747.11 and to enact section 5747.114 of the Revised Code to allow the Department of Taxation to provide taxpayers who file electronic returns the option of receiving their income tax refund in the form of a credit card, debit card, prepaid card, or other device used to electronically transfer funds.
