To amend section 125.112; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 125.112 (126.18); and to enact sections 126.181, 126.182, and 126.183 of the Revised Code to transfer the responsibility of maintaining a state awards web site from the Department of Administrative Services to the Office of Budget and Management, to alter and expand the information to be included on the web site, and to repeal the Attorney General's responsibility to monitor state award compliance.
