Summary

To amend sections 2929.14, 2929.19, and 2953.08 and to enact section 2941.1421 of the Revised Code to establish a presumption that a court should impose on a repeat offender the longest prison term authorized for an offense and to specify longer prison terms that a court may impose on felony offenders with two or more previous felony violations.
