Summary
To amend sections 5739.01, 5739.02, 5739.035, and 5739.17 of the Revised Code to exempt sales of satellite broadcasting services from sales and use taxation and to provide that the provisions of this act in section 5739.035 of the Revised Code terminate on January 1, 2010, when that section is repealed on that date.
