Summary

To amend sections 2929.20, 2930.03, 2930.06, 2930.16, 2967.12, 2967.19, 2967.26, 2967.28, and 5149.101 of the Revised Code to eliminate the ability of a sentencing court to disapprove a prisoner's transfer to transitional control if the prisoner is serving a term of imprisonment of two years or less.
