Summary

To amend sections 124.56, 124.57, and 124.60 of the Revised Code to authorize classified employees to engage in political activities during nonworking hours, to broaden the prohibition against coercion or harassment of classified employees for political purposes, and to authorize the State Personnel Board of Review and local civil service commissions to remedy such coercion or harassment.
