To amend sections 4727.09, 4728.07, 4737.01, 4737.04, and 4737.99 and to enact section 4727.22 of the Revised Code to require pawn brokers, precious metal dealers, secondhand dealers, and scrap metal dealers to make electronic files of each purchase available on an internet law enforcement database reporting system.
