Summary

To amend sections 2925.01, 2925.03, 2925.05, 2925.11, and 2929.01 of the Revised Code to eliminate the distinction between powdered cocaine and crack cocaine in the Drug Abuse Law and to amend the version of section 2925.03 of the Revised Code that takes effect on July 1, 2007, to maintain the provisions of this act on and after that date.
