A BILL
To revise current high school diploma requirements 1
including state-administered assessments.2


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  It is the General Assembly's intent that sections 3
of the Revised Code be amended, enacted, or repealed to revise the 4
current requirements for earning a high school diploma and honors 5
diploma, including the method and timeline by which the 6
end-of-course examinations that are a part of the College and Work 7
Ready Assessment System under section 3301.0712 of the Revised 8
Code will be implemented and incorporated into high school 9
graduation requirements and its applicability to, and possible 10
alternative conditions for, chartered nonpublic schools.11
