BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. It is the General Assembly's intent that sections | 3 |
of the Revised Code be amended, enacted, or repealed to revise the | 4 |
current requirements for earning a high school diploma and honors | 5 |
diploma, including the method and timeline by which the | 6 |
end-of-course examinations that are a part of the College and Work | 7 |
Ready Assessment System under section 3301.0712 of the Revised | 8 |
Code will be implemented and incorporated into high school | 9 |
graduation requirements and its applicability to, and possible | 10 |
alternative conditions for, chartered nonpublic schools. | 11 |
