To enact section 5533.636 of the Revised Code to 1
designate State Route 619 within the village of 2
Hartville in Stark County the "Sgt. 1st Class 3
Daniel B. Crabtree Memorial Road."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5533.636 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.636.  That portion of the road known as state route 7
number six hundred nineteen, located within the municipal 8
corporation of Hartville in Stark county only, shall be known as 9
the "Sgt. 1st Class Daniel B. Crabtree Memorial Road."10

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 11
along the highway indicating its name.12
