BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5533.97 of the Revised Code be | 6 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 7 |
| Sec. 5533.97. That portion of the road known as United States | 8 |
| route number three hundred twenty-two, located within the | 9 |
| municipal corporation of Orwell in Ashtabula county only, shall be | 10 |
| known as the "Sgt. Kurt D. Schamberg Orwell Veterans Highway." | 11 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 12 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 13 |
