A BILL

To enact section 5533.932 of the Revised Code to

designate the portion of Interstate 480 located

within Garfield Heights in Cuyahoga County the

"Corporal Brad Anthony Davis Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.932 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.932. That portion of the road known as interstate	7
route number four hundred eighty, located within the municipal	8
corporation of Garfield Heights in Cuyahoga county only, shall be	9
known as the "Corporal Brad Anthony Davis Memorial Highway."	10

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	11
along the highway indicating its name.	12
