A BILL
To enact section 5.033 of the Revised Code to adopt 1
the spotted salamander as the state amphibian.2


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.033 of the Revised Code be enacted 3
to read as follows:4

       Sec. 5.033. The salamander, Ambystoma maculatum, commonly 5
known as the spotted salamander, is the official amphibian of the 6
state.7
