AN ACT

To enact section 5.2297 of the Revised Code to designate September as "Safe Driving Awareness Month."

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:

SECTION 1.  That section 5.2297 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5.2297.  The month of September is designated as "Safe Driving Awareness Month," in honor of Maria Tiberi and other victims who have lost their lives in motor vehicle-related accidents.
